We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct IT sales, specifically in the mobile app development sector. This role involves driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mobile app development market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
• Master or Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in direct IT sales, with a focus on mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
