• Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
+ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
+ Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives and market dynamics.
+ Identify target market segments and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
+ Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
+ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
+ Continuously explore new revenue streams, such as group bookings, events, packages, and ancillary services.
• Partnership Development:
+ Cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and industry influencers to drive referral business and enhance the hotel's brand visibility.
+ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint promotional campaigns and leverage partner networks effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management:

• Networking and Representation:

• Reporting and Analysis:

Additional Information • Minimum 6 years of experience with 2 years in similar capacity
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills
