About The Company:ARA\'s client is a full service Best Law Firm in Chandigarh India providing legal advice, litigation, taxation, documentation and business incorporation.The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced associate to join our team as a Commercial Arbitration Attorney and Energy/Power Litigation Associate. As a key member of our litigation practice group, you will be responsible for providing support on a range of legal matters related to Arbitration and Energy litigation. You will work closely with senior attorneys to help manage and oversee the litigation process from inception to resolution.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction with regard to all marketing, business development and communications activities.
• Develop, define and disseminate clear positioning the Firm practice pan India.
• Develop the marketing and Business Development components Pan India.
• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients.
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase Firm business.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Planning and preparing presentations (Power Point)
• Continuous improvement of the Firms website content (internal and external) and press releases.
• Writing reports.
• Providing feedback on Weekly basis.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of five to seven years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing or business development role in a law firm.
• Experience working with partners/senior executives in a professional services firm.
• Previous experience in a managerial role.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare specialized written materials.
• Strong judgment and ability to make well-reasoned independent decisions.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in marketing, communications (journalism, public relations) \xe2\x80\x93 or equivalent work experience. MBA\xe2\x80\x99s with law degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing or business development role in a law firm.
