We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our investor base.

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new investors to the firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in real estate and investment management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Onboarding: Lead efforts to attract and onboard new investors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to investment.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential investors and assess their investment needs and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, providing them with regular updates on investment opportunities and performance.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with industry professionals, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders to expand the firm's investor network.
• Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content, to attract and retain investors.
• Event Management: Plan and execute investor events, webinars, and meetings to showcase the firm's investment opportunities and foster investor engagement.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key performance metrics related to investor acquisition and retention, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure all investor onboarding processes and communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, investment management, or real estate.
• Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing investors in a real estate or investment management context.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to attract and retain investors.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
