The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and managing government projects within the North Eastern states. This role involves developing strategies to win government contracts, managing relationships with government agencies, and ensuring the successful execution of projects in compliance with governmental regulations. The candidate will be required to frequently •travel within the North Eastern states. •
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of government procurement processes and opportunities, specific to the North Eastern states.
2. In-depth knowledge of government contracting regulations and processes with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Lead the preparation of proposals and responses to government RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Requests for Quotations), and other solicitation documents. Ensure compliance with government requirements and submission deadlines.
4. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with government agencies, ensuring favourable outcomes and alignment with company objectives.
5. Submission of detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years
• Travel Requirements: The position is based in Delhi, with frequent visits to North Eastern States.
