Business Development Manager (bdm)
Job Description
Candidate with B.Tech, M.Tech or M.Sc or B.Sc in Dairy Technology and demonstrated experience of 10 years and above in the Dairy Processing or Dairy Technology industry.
• Play a pivotal role in expanding companies market presence.
• Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on new products and competition status.
• Continuously evaluate and refine business development strategies based on market dynamics. Proficient in analyzing market dynamics and understanding customer needs to tailor solutions and strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present monthly business development reports, offering insights into business development metrics and strategies.
• Provide customer feedback to the management.
• Proactively working and daily reporting to the management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, business development abilities for effective collaboration is expected.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive and results-driven mindset, building and maintaining client relationship skill is required.
• Candidates with knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Dairy Industries are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
