Job Position: Manager Zostel & Bunglow 1. Responsibility of Zostel, Zostel Home, and 2 Bungalows in Chembra & Tholpetty Estate. 2. Responsibility for Room Booking in the Zostels and Bungalows. 3. Responsibility to rationalize cost and achieve budgeted revenue- Overall Profitability. 4. Ensure industry standards are maintained in the Zostels & Bungalows. 5. Responsible for all matters relating to Customers visiting and should ensure their satisfaction. 6. Ensure Customer Rating of the Property is not impaired 7. Ensure to obtain Customer Feedback. 8. Responsible to ensure the Restaurant is maintain hygiene and industry-standard services. 9. Ensure Zostel and Bungalow customer data is precise and recorded as per the management requirements. 10. Responsibility to engage guests in add-on activities. 11. Responsible to ensure proper accounting procedures are followed by the receptionist. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From 30,000.00 per month Schedule:

- Night shift
- Wayanad, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Hospitality: 4 years (Preferred)
