: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Infrabrick India Pvt Ltd, you will lead the charge in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Your role will involve strategizing and executing business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze market data to derive actionable insights and formulate strategies for business expansion.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing to generate leads.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations to explore business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions that effectively address their requirements.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
• Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to highlight our offerings and value propositions.
• Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with clients to articulate our services and negotiate terms effectively.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Drive the entire sales process, from lead identification to closure, to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and project management to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including brokers, consultants, and industry associations to explore partnership opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Generate regular reports and analysis to monitor performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with clients and influence decision-making processes.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
