MoonDive is a dynamic and rapidly growing tech services company specializing in full stack, web, mobile, data analytics, and custom AI development. As we enter our second year, we are looking to expand our footprint in the US market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our business growth by acquiring new US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

o Identify and target potential US clients through various channels, including networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

o Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

o Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.

• Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and understand market trends.

o Analyse competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

• Marketing and Brand Building:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

o Enhance MoonDive's brand presence in the US market through various channels, including industry events and conferences.

• Product and Service Development:

o Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

o Assist in the development of new products or services that meet market demands.

• Reporting and Analysis:

o Track and analyse sales and business development activities.

o Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

• Networking and Partnerships:

o Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners.

o Explore and establish strategic partnerships to expand MoonDive's reach and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

o MBA or a Master's in Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory).

• Professional Experience:

o 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the Tech/IT services sector.

o Proven track record of acquiring and managing US clients.

o Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Skills and Competencies:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

o Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

o Understanding of US business culture and practices.

o Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

o Basic understanding of the Tech/IT services offered by MoonDive.

o Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

o Ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.

o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker.

o Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.

o Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal teams.

• Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):

o Sales certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales).

o Industry-specific certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
