Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team at our

Noida office. The Business Development Manager will drive sales targets, cultivate

client relationships, explore new business avenues, and develop innovative sales

strategies. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, forecast sales,

and provide regular reports to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

and loyalty.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting

and networking.

• Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue

generation.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform

sales strategies.

• Forecast sales accurately and prepare regular reports on sales performance for

senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 4-8 years as a Business Development Manager or similar role, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and

inspire a sales team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering

long-term partnerships.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to assess market trends and

forecast sales.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in the digital marketing industry is advantageous but not required.

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving results and exceeding

expectations.
