Job Role and Responsibilities :
• Good knowledge/ understating about the company offerings like labour compliance or HR Compliance or Establishment compliance and payroll services etc.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to generate leads and expand the client base
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales materials to potential clients
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs and revenue targets of company
• Creating sales contracts or work orders
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
• Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively position and differentiate our services.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and generate new business leads
Skill Set:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience as a Business Development role or similar role, preferably within the payroll or compliance industry
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, result oriented and manage time effectively
Prerequisites:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing/ related programs, or experience as Business Development role preferably within the payroll or compliance industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
