Job Title: Business development manager
Job Summary:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and acquire new corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
3. Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet clients' business objectives.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of corporate sales experience in hotel industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
