: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager, with a preference for women candidates, to join our dynamic sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in field sales and a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential clients, providing product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and support lead generation efforts.
• Visit client locations for product demos and presentations in Mumbai region.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, detailing progress and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in ERP, Software, IT, Real Estate Industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
