Business Development Manager
Location: Chennai, India
About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive brand awareness and increase revenue through new business opportunities. Manage Internal Sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential partners, influencers, and collaborators in the wellness industry.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with gyms, wellness centers, and influencers for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Drive community engagement through partnerships and events that align with Aiwo's marketing strategy.
• Implement referral programs to incentivize current customers for word-of-mouth marketing.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capture new business opportunities.
• Manage and Train internal sales team to handle inbound and outbound leads.
• Implement SOP for sales
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,693.56 per month
