We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Prepaid card sales team in Trivandrum district. As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your main responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and leading a sales team focused on prepaid card sales. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient sales and revenue generation processes. As the point of contact for customer queries and concerns, you will provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Setting goals and developing strategic plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new initiatives to target specific markets.
- Conducting research on prospective accounts and identifying potential leads in target markets.
- Pursuing and managing leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinating with the company to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
- Managing sales and marketing teams, utilizing sharp negotiation and networking skills.
- Demonstrating organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Driving business growth on a day-to-day basis, with varying duties and responsibilities.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Experience in training and developing sales teams.
