Role: Business Development Manager (Male) Job Summary: Our client is one of the pioneers in the field of packaged drinking water, providing purified water jars for homes across the city of Trivandrum. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and promote our products. We are hiring a Business Coordinator to be based in Kochuveli, Trivandrum. Responsibility: Meet and Identify new clients with market visits Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue goals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals: online and offline. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients Payment collection through KAM Skills Required: Develops annual sale budgets, business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Conducts and discuss with all regional sales teams to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive\xe2\x80\x99s activity performance Arrange advertising and PR events as necessary to improve brand awareness in market Marketing Support to be provided to branches in the area, in terms of Product features, Strategy against competitor\xe2\x80\x99s products, generating enquires Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the financial sector. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with Customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools.
