Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Business Development professional in a recruitment firm/agency
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client staffing requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and client needs.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Hiring Process:
- If your profile is shortlisted, you will start as a freelance BDM and be required to acquire one client for us.
- Payment will be made upon successful closure of the client.
