Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Cold Calling : Make outbound calls to generate new leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Identify, acquire, and manage client relationships.
• Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, E-mail marketing, B2B- B2C Data Scrapping through tools and online research
• Proposal Creation (Custom cold emails) : Prepare tailored proposals for potential clients, including services features, pricing, and implementation details.
• Create and deliver high-level presentations, proposals, and pitches to enterprise clients.
• Track sales activities using CRM tools and provide regular updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of IT sales (Direct sales) experience.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in LinkedIN sales navigator.
• Sales Experience in Blockchain or AI related Services (Solana Ecosystem Development, Web3 Development, dApp Development, NFT Development, etc)
