Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with at least 5 years in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing international clients, achieving revenue targets, and handling the full business development life cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• You will be required to closely get involved with leads assigned to you and mature the leads from warm to hot stage.
• You need to be quick, responsive and agile with every potential lead assigned to you.
• You are required to build relationships with all potential leads assigned and ensure that they are well entertained by you to convert them to customers.
• You are required to maintain and update records of all activities / responsibilities assigned to you.
• You need to take audio / video calls with potential customers as per their preferred time zone, these calls can be during early morning hours (7.30 am onwards) or late night (until 11 pm)
• You need to prepare and submit sales related reports, documents, and presentations to potential customers.
• You need to collaborate with internal departments and teams of the company to facilitate and ensure timely actions and responses submitted to potential customers assigned to you.
• If a team of junior business development executives for lead generation is assigned to you, you need to ensure that team members of your team are well informed and trained on tasks and responsibilities assigned to them.
• As a Team Manager you need to ensure and supervise the efforts and performance of your team members.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities.
Desired Skill Set:
• Extensive knowledge about IT Software Development Services, Software Development Projects, related technologies and terminologies
• at least 5 years of experience interacting with international potential customers specially from the USA, UK, Europe, Australia or Middle East.
• Must have good capabilities to discuss project requirements with international customers and suggest to them different approaches of Project Development / Software Services widely used in the IT Industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain relationships with international clients.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Proficient in identifying, generating, and managing leads through various channels.
• Strong persuasion skills with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Experienced in managing the entire business development life cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Proficient in negotiating terms and conditions to close business deals successfully.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
