We are seeking a BDM who would be Lead Generation Specialist. As a BDM, you will play a vital role in identifying and generating business leads to expand our client base and contribute to the growth of our organization. Your primary focus will be on the European markets but with the full authority of expansion throughout any part of the world, utilizing various strategies and tools to engage potential clients and nurture relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies tailored to the European market, targeting specific industries, sectors, or demographics to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prospecting and Consultative Selling: Through different channels and various business approaches including online databases, social media platforms, industry events, trade shows, and networking events, you manage to get in touch with the target companies in order to introduce the tailor-made solution of ITworks Consulting.
  • Cold Calling and Email Campaigns: Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospects, effectively articulate the value proposition, and generate interest in our products/services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication, providing valuable insights, and nurturing leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Qualification and Analysis: Assess leads to determine their potential value and fit within our target market. Utilise lead-scoring techniques to prioritize and qualify prospects for further engagement.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process. Provide necessary information and insights to facilitate the sales process.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Acquisition of Knowledge: Stay abreast of emerging lead generation techniques, tools, and best practices. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in lead generation strategies.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 50,282.80 - 80,296.40 per month Benefits:
