1. Target based Role - achieve sales targets.

2. Individual targets to be achieved.

3. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

4. Achieve company objectives through effective planning, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.

5. Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships.

6. Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings such as Home Automation, IT Networking, structured cabling, Data centre infrastructure, CCTV, Access control, FAS System, PA system,etc.

7. Research B2B and B2C needs and identify how our solutions meet them.

Continuously develop sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
