Business Development Manager Cpass Omni Channel

An B.D.M. is a key part of a company's growth strategy, responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Communicating with clients: Making calls to customers to explain the services, handling sales inquiries via

phone, chat, and email
• Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
• Maintaining databases: Creating and maintaining a database of target organizations in the assigned

market
• Achieving sales targets: Working towards agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinating sales: Working with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts
• Attending events: Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
• Improving: Continuously improving through feedback
• Product we provide; BULK SMS, Voice, IVR, Long Code Based & other IT & VAS services.

Requirements:
• Candidate must have Excellent English & Hindi communication, both verbal & written.
• Ability to handle sales enquiries independently. Target based job.
• Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability.
• The candidate should be Enthusiastic & energetic with a go-getting spirit.
• Presentation & Communication skill should be outstanding.
• Ability to handle sales enquiries independently.
• Candidates having IT/ BPO / Call Center/ Corporate Sale experience is most. preferable

• Preferred -Same Industry Experience (Confident Freshers can also apply).
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
