Job Overview :
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for selling tech solutions tailored for sports clubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with 1-2 years of experience, and be fluent in English and Hindi. This role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales and Business Development :
• Identify and target potential sports clubs for tech solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their success with the company's solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstrations :
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's tech solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
• Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each sports club.
• Collaboration and Coordination :
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from clients and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Reporting and Analysis :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications :
• Educational Background :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hotel Management ,Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in tech solutions or sports industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Language Skills :
• Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong understanding of tech solutions relevant to sports clubs.
• Interpersonal Skills :
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Pay: ?275,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
