Job Description

?Generate client leads to buy a property.

?Counsel clients on market conditions & prices.

?Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

?Show properties to potential buyers.

?Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

?Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

?Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.

?Meeting with prospective clients understand his/ her requirement and explained projects.

?Arranging site visits of the clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
