Job Summary:

The Business Development Department is crucial in driving revenue and market expansion for our organization's intercity bus operations. This role focuses on online and offline sales channels and logistics management to optimize sales strategies, enhance customer experience, and foster beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

? Inventory Sales Management (Seat Selling): Cultivate and maintain relationships with various online sales channels, ensuring alignment with their requirements and objectives. Track customer feedback and ratings, utilizing data analytics tools for continuous improvement of service quality and market positioning. Stay abreast of market practices and update policies to remain competitive and meet evolving customer needs.

? Offline Sales Channels: Establish and manage area managers across regions to strengthen relationships with agent networks and boost ticket bookings.Understand agent needs and facilitate portal enhancements to streamline booking processes and improve user experience.

? Business Expansion: Drive business expansion and route development, identifying and analyzing new routes for network expansion. Segment agents based on performance and implement incentive schemes to reward top performers. Establish branch offices/franchises at multiple locations, appointing managers to oversee operations and revenue generation.

? Logistics Sales Manager: Develop a robust logistics network on existing routes, establishing partnerships with agents to facilitate multiple pick-up and drop-off locations. Onboard logistics agents to increase demand and revenue, while enhancing agent portal functionality based on feedback. Provide route recommendations and suggestions based on logistics performance and demand predictions. Collaborate with courier companies and other businesses to provide logistical support and expand service offerings.

Qualifications:

? Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales or logistics management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

? Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly desirable.

? Proficient in negotiating deals and agreements with agents, partners, and clients.

? Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, agents, and team members.
