Educational Institution Business Development:- Identify and explore new business opportunities with educational institutions to expand our reach.- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational entities.2. Offline and Online Branding:- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive offline and online branding campaigns.- Ensure a consistent brand image across all channels to enhance visibility and credibility.3. Individual and Team-Based Target Achievement:- Set realistic and challenging targets for individual team members and the business development team as a whole.- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.4. CRM and CRM Software:- Implement and manage CRM systems to streamline interactions with educational institutions and improve overall satisfaction.- Utilize CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns and fostering long-term partnerships.5. Networking Skills:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and educational associations.- Attend relevant events and conferences to expand the organization's network within the educational community.6.
