The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify, approach, and secure new clients or business partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as defined by the company.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and campaigns.
• Provide insights to the product or service development team based on market demands.
• Negotiation and Contracts:
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Ensure terms align with the company's objectives and policies.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track, analyze, and report on business development activities and results.
