Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to help us expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company and play a crucial role in developing and executing a successful sales strategy to drive sustainable growth. This position requires excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and pitching skills. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a business development strategy focused on financial growth and client satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's products and services by addressing or anticipating client needs.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other essential data.
• Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Develop entry-level staff into proficient sales professionals.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong sales track record with a history of successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English & Malayalam and solid market knowledge.
• Strong rapport-building abilities.
• Effective time management and planning skills.
