Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development :
o Identify and target new business opportunities in the sports industry.
o Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales
targets.
o Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
o Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in sports organizations,
academies, and event management companies.
• Sales and Marketing:
o Present and demonstrate Zeetius' features and benefits to potential clients.
o Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
o Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and
campaigns.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and
resolving any issues.
o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing client engagement and retention.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the sports
industry or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the sports industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Passion for sports and a strong interest in the sports industry is a must.
