Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience, Full-Time position in Ernakulam

Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Business Development or a related field
• Proven track record in client and customer relations
• Strong leadership skills with an energetic and proactive approach
• Client-focused mindset to prioritize customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand the client base
• Lead customer relations initiatives to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide energetic leadership to motivate and guide the business development team
• Align with a client-focused approach to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
