• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand the client base
• Lead customer relations initiatives to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide energetic leadership to motivate and guide the business development team
• Align with a client-focused approach to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote services
