Salary :- 5,40,000 - 6,00000 CTC (Plus Incentives)

A highly skilled leader, should have 05 to 08 Years of Working Experience, who will be responsible to Manage Teams of Channel Sales - Residential / Commercial Projects of the organization and for managing & growing the entire organization. To Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and to Provide leadership to the organization that aligns with the company's vision & mission.

Key Responsibility :-

Actively liaise with the marketing team and to manage the lead flow amongst the team members.

Translate of sales plans for sales agent in line with the business unit strategy.

Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through sales in the residential segments in the zone/territory.

To establish and maintain company's presence in the target market.

Handling Developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Attend walk in customers at the allocated site.

Give a detailed presentation about the project.

Maintaining transparency in communication with the customers, so as to push the deal towards booking.

Working towards achieving the monthly Sales target.

Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the referral network.

Must have handled Commercial and Residential Sales

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Education :-

UG: B.Com/BBA/BA

PG: MBA/M.COM

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
