Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the property management sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset to foster relationships and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in the property management industry.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and identify competitive advantages.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and promote our services.
• Monitor industry developments and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• 12th or any degree
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the property management or real estate industry will be a plus.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.
