Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the assigned area. Establish strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective product distribution.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales Target assigned by the management.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs. Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Distributors, Dealers, Retailers & farmers. Understand their needs and provide solutions to drive customer loyalty.
Plan and execute marketing, development and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness in the area by activities like field day, crop show and farmer meetings.
Prepare regular reports and provide insights to management on sales performance, development activities, market trends, and challenges faced.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team on the field and responsible to supervise & lead the team.
Review, monitoring & capability building of the Team.
Assess training requirements of the team members and organize training.
Implementing the tasks assigned by the Management
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Agriculture Compulsory
Post Graduate Degree (MBA) in Ag Business, Business and Marketing will be preferred.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Minimum 5 years year experience with a proven track record of success.
