Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location : Gurgaon Sector 64, Maruti Kunj, and Chattarpur, Ghitorni, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, India
Job Type: Full-time
Expectation/Targets:
- Increase student enrollment in sports academy classes by 25% in 6 months
- Organize 12 league events in the next 9 months, with a 30% increase in participation
- Boost pay-to-play services by 50% in 12 months, with a minimum of 100 new customers
- Secure 3 new sponsorships within 9 months, with a total value ranging from ?1,00,000 - 10,00,000 INR
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Expand our reach and reputation in the sports industry
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong background in sports marketing and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
