Stark Sports Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive sales of our top-quality sports infrastructure solutions for real estate developers and schools.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads from real estate developers and schools through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Developing strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and challenges related to sports facilities.
• Creating compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of Stark Sports Solutions and how our products can enhance their facilities.
• Negotiating and closing deals to secure new projects and achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends in sports facilities construction and equipment, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the sports industry.
• Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of construction project lifecycles and budgets would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
