Responsibilities
• Identify, create and manage new business pipeline and opportunities.
• Achieving assigned revenue Targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, agronomists, industry associations, Drone Industries.
• Responsible for account mining, new customer acquisition, relationship management for the assigned geographies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors
• Build, enhance & sustain high level / strategic relationships with key customers.
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that our drone solutions meet the needs of our customers
• Should be proactive in developing new lead generations, provide technical solution as per the customer requisition by establishing strong link with customers demand generation till closure of the deal.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the agricultural industry and Drone Industry
Strong knowledge of precision agriculture and drone Related
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business plans and achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
