To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development
• Previous experience working on IndiaMART, showcasing familiarity with the platform
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills are needed to interact with a wide range of businesses
• Adaptability and quick learning ability to effectively use new tools and technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A track record of successfully converting ticket sizes of Rs 5 lakhs and more
