BUSINESS DEVELOPMET MANAGER (BDM) on Field
BDM role is to target MSME Audience and bring new marketing strategies to promote the services and generate revenue for the company. He/She must co-ordinate with the Marketing executives & follow up queries to convert to leads & assign to the sales/operations team. Must be expertise in team handling, hiring & monitoring.
Their TASKS include:
1. Daily tasks include to list out all the client/customers data to meet the next day.
2. Target MSME employer with minimum 5+ number of employer & those people who didn't come under fixed salary.
3. Must attend the MOM everyday in the morning for 30 minutes and discuss the schedule & disperse for marketing also must train & guide marketing team.
4. Must do productive calls 10-15 per day out of which 5 calls should be convertible to leads.
5. Must enter the data end of the day in the marketing sheet & explain the day activities to the management.
6. Enter the day leads in the CRM and allocate to the concerned team operations/sales accordingly.
7. If you are from the same industry, one should handle marketing calls & sales conversions.
8. If not from the same industry you should go along with sales manager & learn the sales skills & product knowledge to become Sales Manager.
9. Once the lead has been converted, he must collect the payment, raise receipts & train the market executives.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
