You\'re responsible to call Financial Product Agents across Insurance, Loan, Mutual funds, Credit Card, and have them enroll in the Company\'s Mobile APP which allows them to submit application for any of the above. Leads for Agents will be given to you, your goal will be to enroll a maximum number of agents in the mobile application, and follow-up to get them activated. You will make fixed salary & commission on business generated by these agents. Hence you have unlimited monetary benefit potential. You will be required to regularly engage agents to ensure smooth processes and nurture relationships, facilitating further growth of you and the agents. You will be required to Autonomously identify new opportunities within our existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling additional products, thereby augmenting monthly revenues. The enroll agents can be given knowledge of new financial products to help them increase their business You will serve as an interface between agents & internal teams to ensure agents bring maximum business Develop weekly/monthly revenue monitoring plans to meet targets effectively.
