• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in education.
• Familiarity with school admission, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and financial aid resources.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Spoken Language - English, Hindi and Bengali mandatory.
• Strong planning and people reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Counseling
• Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
• 4-5 years experience in Education Marketing(school preferable).
• Knowledge of social media marketing ideas.

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis of schools.
• Developing annual marketing strategies and plans.
• Budgeting.
• Plan and oversee many different activities including go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, and social media.
• Holding presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions.
• Proactively generating ideas to develop business opportunities.
• Speaking effectively to small and medium groups in formal settings.
• Developing relations with schools, and various other institutions.
• Build marketing programs and campaigns.
• Organizing recruiting events and representing schools at college fairs, high schools, and other promotional opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
• Visit the targeted locations for meetings.
• Target oriented job.
• Have some knowledge of Social Media marketing is a plus preferable.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday Salary Range: 30000 - 42000(Incentives part or Salary can be more too, if you are qualified) Location: Domjur, Howrah.
