Job description We are looking for a self-driven, high-energy Business Development / Account Manager - US Staffing to work from our Chennai office Position: Account Manager - US Staffing Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai Shift: US Shift timings ( 6:30pm to 3:30am) IST Responsibilities Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business in USA Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil Get involved in complete recruitment cycle \xe2\x80\x93 from sourcing to placing Establish strong credibility with key executives from clients Manage and grow the existing clients and develop new clients Create & execute strategic plans to acquire new clients Extend relationships to client VMS to tap additional business Business Development: responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle That involves identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 100,000.00 per month Schedule:
