Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client segments.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, online platforms, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to secure new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities and enhance service offerings.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand knowledge and network.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development in immigration industry, sales, or a related role, preferably in the immigration or legal services industry.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
