Rana Infracon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive lead generation and foster investor relationships in the real estate and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent networking abilities, and must have a vehicle for field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and generate leads for investor profiles to expand our client base.
Conduct regular field visits to meet potential investors, present business proposals, and gather market insights.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current investors.
Develop strategic plans for client acquisition and conversion.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking of client interactions.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, market trends, and client feedback.
Requirements:
Must own a vehicle for travel and field visits.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure or Insurance Sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and investor acquisition strategies.
