Job Description


Identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships within the Automation Industry

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the field of Automation Controls
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Industrial / Manufacturing and Electronics industry
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients
  • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure company quotas and goals are met
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Managing a sales pipeline and coordinating sales activities
  • Overseeing the sales process for new client acquisition

  • At least 10 years of overall experience in Sales
  • Open to Bengaluru as a location, Hybrid working
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Electronics/ Automation industry
  • MNC Experience is a must
  • Strong educational pedigree is valued
