As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Mobile Publishing team in our office hub in Bangalore. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving direct prospect engagement, cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and maintaining an up-to-date prospect database. You will work closely with the design, development, and production teams. You will report to our Senior Business Development Manager. Together you will driving business growth through proactive lead generation efforts, client relationship management, and strategic collaboration with internal teams. Responsibilities Generate leads via direct prospect engagement and build a pipeline with good qualified leads. Developing and maintaining the prospect database. Market research to identify new leads of developers we could work with in the future. Run, track & monitor your scouting campaigns in order to bring high quality games. Meet and exceed the quarterly targets set by your manager. Organise and manage the CRM. Collaborate with the other stakeholders within the Mobile Publishing team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Respond to RFI requests(inbound game submissions) and timely follow up with contacts. Build meaningful relationships and advocate for the success of your clients(game developers). Manage, monitor and lead the Business Development Executives. Requirements At least 5+ years of experience or equivalent in business development. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide, motivate and effectively manage high performing teams. Strong decision making skills, including the ability to make informed and timely decisions. Proficient in commercial skills, including strategic negotiation, market analysis, and the ability to drive revenue growth Based in one of our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
