We are looking for BDM who can get the deals done with hotels, resorts, and villas
Develop a business development strategy focused on achieving a monthly target of converting leads into clients
Deep understanding of Madstays services to be able to convince a client
Create a database of prospective clients
Do prior research of clients\' products, services & monthly-yearly revenue to understand the needs of your client and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Seek out the appropriate contact in a company i.e business owners/higher authority
Arrange business meetings with them
Meet with clients over the phone and face to face and arrange a property visit
Pitch the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
He/She needs to be able to assist clients with all their queries
Follow up with clients on a timely basis to close the deal
Convert the leads into deals
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
prepare contracts. Get it signed by hotel owners/authorities once deal is done
Coordinate with the internal Madstays team to fulfill your client\'s expectations
Attend travel events where hoteliers participate for new leads
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in BDM - Online Travel Agent or hotel products companies is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Willing to learn relevant tools
Proficiency in English & Hindi (regional language is plus)
Hotel Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/Hotel Management/BBA/MBA, sales or relevant field
