Company has created more than 5000 of parking spaces across the nation inlast 8 years.Job Details:Job Title: Business Development ManagerWork Duration: 9:30 to 6:00 (Monday to Saturday)Job Location: Shivranjani, AhmedabadExperience: At least 5 years in Building Material SupplyEducation: Preferred MBA in MarketingSalary : CTC Between 4.8 to 7.2 LPA (Including Incentives, Allowances Extra)Report to : Chief marketing officer :1. Sales Meeting

• Prepare the introductory file of documents as art of pre-sales preparation.
• Visit the site as per the list and have effective sales meetings to:
• Identify the client\'s need for our product.
• PositionI-Cubeas the best choice for the client.
• Note the time line of the client\'s end for further follow-ups.

2. Sales Proposals

• Create the proposal from the client\'s requirement as per the directives from the CMO.
• Co ordinate with the operations team to confirm the timeline.

3. Sales Conversion

• Negotiate win-win Deals.
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
• Take continuous follow-ups as per the timeline.

4. Handling IndiaMart

• Daily Purchase of relevant leads.
• Follow-up on generated lead sand follow the sales process.

5. Client Coordination

• Write emails professionally to record all the discussion with the client.
• Be the interface between client and the operationsteam from contract to completion of project.
• Obtain client feedback and testimonial at the time of completion of project.
• Maintain all the documentation concerning to clients.

6. Traveling Requirements

• The majority (Morethan75%)of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, need to travel to the major cities of western India to meet potential clients as and when required.

Eligibility:

• Academic Requirements: Graduate and Above (Preferred in Marketing Specialization)
• Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, In-Person Presentation Skills, MSOffice Proficiency
• Experience : At least 3 Years in Marketing
