Position: BDM:
- Role: As an Agency Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies through the agency channel.
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Desirable Candidates:
- Candidates with sales experience in the BSFI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
- Experience in Life Insurance sales is preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Marketing will also be considered.
- Compensation (CTC): \xe2\x82\xb94 to 5 Lac per annum.
- Client Acquisition: Meet with clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable policies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting life insurance products.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Education: Minimum bachelor\'s degree.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Product Knowledge: Understand different life insurance products and their benefits.
- Networking: Ability to network and build a client base.
- Target-Driven: Motivated to achieve sales targets.
