Position: BDM:

  • Role: As an Agency Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies through the agency channel.
  • Location: Ahmedabad
  • Desirable Candidates:
  • Candidates with sales experience in the BSFI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
  • Experience in Life Insurance sales is preferred.
  • Candidates with a background in Marketing will also be considered.
  • Compensation (CTC): \xe2\x82\xb94 to 5 Lac per annum.
Location - Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Gandhidham, Gandhinagar, Himmatnagar, Mehsana, Rajkot, Surat, VadodaraKey Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  • Client Acquisition: Meet with clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable policies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting life insurance products.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Minimum bachelor\'s degree.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand different life insurance products and their benefits.
  • Networking: Ability to network and build a client base.
  • Target-Driven: Motivated to achieve sales targets.
