Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
\xe2\x97\x8f Arrange business Calls or meeting with prospective clients
\xe2\x97\x8f Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives
\xe2\x97\x8f Should have hands on experience in Online Bidding Portals like Guru, Upwork etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare sales contracts / Agreement
\xe2\x97\x8f Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeopleRequirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in English
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience with Lead Generation activities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands on experience with Online Bidding Portals i.e. Upwork, Freelance etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Communication and negotiation skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to build rapport
\xe2\x97\x8f Time management and planning skills
