JD for BDM: Products : Lubricants / BrakeFluids / Coolants / Household Insect Killers in Sprays / Air Fresheners / Car Care Products / Multipurpose Penetrating Oil in Spray. The company is a part of a billion dollar business conglomerate from Sultanate of Oman - this Group into diversified business like Strategic Collaboration with Tata Group/ Hospitality ( Having 5 Star Properties), Pharma / Copper Cables / Lubricants / Aerosols / Solar / FMCG verticals. One of the first for Make in India, we have invested Millions INR for a state of art plant at Sanand GIDC for Manufacturing of Lubricants, Brake Fluid, Coolants and Aerosols. : Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the assigned geographical territory. Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the given territories. Expanding secondary network under each distributor and increase secondary sales. Implementation of company marketing programs and monitoring for successful completion followed by ROI To plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan Developing new clients in the designated area and secure job orders from new and existing clients Mentoring and motivating team to achieve the business goals Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the related business (Major auto market, OEMs, upcoming distributor, new co entering into market etc) Build strategic relationships with key clients Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients Maintaining the reporting system as per the organizations standard Adhere to approved policies and procedures related to the profile Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forth coming opportunities or threats and tracking competitors activity Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time to time Desired profile: Any Graduate preferably from science background Preferably have MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing Able to work under stringent target both in terms of time and volume Good interpersonal skills At least 3-5 years of experience as sales representative in related Knowledge of the market/clients of designated area Good oral and written communication skills Demonstrated team spirit, accurate reporting and integrity
